Unpause by Xperi is a unique opportunity for women who have taken a break from their careers and are looking to return to work. The purpose of the program is to provide a network that advocates for and supports women who are looking to rejoin the active workforce after an extended career break.

Eligible female employees are entitled to maternity leave of 26 weeks. However, in cases of women having two or more surviving children, the maximum period of maternity leave is 12 weeks. Commissioning and adopting mothers may also take maternity leave up to a maximum period of 12 weeks at their regular pay rate.

Learning Assistance:
Financial assistance to associates for courses that help in learning new job-related skills, improve job performance, and enhance their potential for advancement. Maximum reimbursement INR 100,000+ per calendar year.

Medical Insurance
Available to all permanent employees and provided by Bajaj Allianz GIC, enrolment in medical insurance is automatic upon joining Xperi. The company pays 100 percent of the cost of the scheme for the employee and eligible dependents. Eligible dependents are defined as a spouse, two children, and one set of dependent parents/in-laws. A summary of benefits is as follows:

<li>Maximum Hospitalization Coverage: INR 750,000 per family</li>
<li>Maternity Benefits: Both Normal and C-section deliveries covered up to INR 75,000</li>
<li>OPD cover is provided for major diagnostics and investigations up to a maximum of INR 10,000 per family</li>
<li>Pre-hospitalization and post-hospitalization expenses are covered up to 30 days and 60 days respectively</li>
<li>Cataract surgery covered up to INR 35,000 per eye</li>
</ol>
Group Personal Accident Insurance
All permanent employees are eligible for the group accident policy and are automatically enrolled upon commencement of employment, subject to the rules of the scheme.
Xperi covers 100 percent of the cost for the employee, and the coverage is provided by Bajaj Allianz GIC.
The current benefit is 3 times the employee&rsquo;s annual base salary, although the company reserves the right to adjust this level at its discretion.
Group Term Life Insurance
All permanent employees are eligible for the group term life policy and are automatically enrolled upon commencement of employment, subject to the rules of the scheme.
Xperi covers 100 percent of the cost for the employee, and the current benefit is three times the employee&rsquo;s annual base salary, although the company reserves the right to adjust this level at its discretion.
Annual Leave 
Employees are eligible to take 21 days&rsquo; annual leave per year (in addition to public holidays). This is accrued at 1.75 days per month.
Sick and Casual Leave
Employees can take time off to recover from sudden illnesses and deal with emergencies. The amount of leave that can be taken is 12 days in a calendar year per annum, and this is pro-rated from the commencement of employment.
Recharge and Renewal (R&amp;R) Week 
All employees will have an end-of-year paid holiday period as a &lsquo;recharge and renewal&rsquo; week. R&amp;R week represents a full week off from Christmas Day through New Year&rsquo;s Day. Based on the calendar year, the number of R&amp;R days per year would either be 4 OR 5.
Bereavement Leave
Eligible employees can take paid compassionate leave in the event of the death of a close family member. Employees are granted up to 5 days of paid leave per event. Leave will be paid at the regular pay rate.
Company Incentive Plan
The bonus scheme is open to all employees who are not on a sales incentive/commission plan, Bonuses are based on both the company&rsquo;s performance and the employee&rsquo;s performance and are subject to the rules of the scheme.
Broadband Reimbursement
The company will reimburse up to 18,000 INR per annum towards one broadband connection at the employee&rsquo;s residence.
Fitness reimbursement program
Gym/Fitness membership reimbursements are available to all full-time employees of Xperi. The program covers expenses for a variety of wellness activities including gym memberships and fitness classes. Eligible employees will be reimbursed up to 15,000 INR per annum.
Employee Referrals
Employee referrals are valued at Xperi. To recognize successful referrals, the company has an employee referral scheme whereby employees can recommend candidates for open positions and are provided with a monetary award (subject to applicable taxes) provided the candidate stays with the company for 90 days.
