All women employees who have worked for at least one year after confirmation shall be entitled to Maternity leave. Concerned Associate will be eligible for 12 calendar weeks of paid leaves in case of child birth, and 6 calendar weeks of paid leave in case of miscarriage. Maternity leave shall also include intervening holidays and weekly off. Maternity leave can be availed for maximum of two children. Concerned Associates would be required to furnish the proof to establish delivery of child or miscarriage, as the case may be

Sexual harassment is any unwanted attention of a sexual nature such as remarks about appearance or personal life, offensive written or visual actions like graffiti or degrading pictures, physical contact of any kind, or sexual demands. Non-adherence to this policy will be construed as a serious breach of code of conduct and governing provisions of Law. The company may take strict disciplinary action which may include termination of employment without notice and also initiate criminal proceedings under the laws of land.
