Maternity Leave Policy
All married female employees, who have worked with the organization for not less than 80 days in the 12 months immediately preceding the date of expected delivery are entitled to Maternity Leave.

Anti-Discrimination and Prevention of Harassment Policy
We have a Workplace + Sexual Harassment Policy available. As soon as an employee joins the organization, he/she is required to go through Prevention of Sexual Harassment Policy and acknowledge it. We have an committee (V.Care) which acts as the Internal Complaints Committee for Sexual Harassment and Workplace Harassment. The committee members have been trained to address any such grievances. Their contact information is printed on posters which are put up on all the notice boards and women washrooms. We have also had various trainings conducted to make all employees aware of the company's stand on any form of harassment and giving them confidence that their issues will be addressed as per our policy.
