The name of the Company is UPADHYAYA FOUNDATION.

The objects for which the Company is established are :-

To initiate, plan, execute, implement, aid, give grants and assist environmental
sustainability, ecological balance, protection of flora and fauna, reforestation,
nature conservation and vegetarianism;

To promote Animal Welfare including strays, captive and wild life protection
and to give aids and grants for the purpose;
