Although our roles are freelance and remote, we ensure that expecting or new mothers are not assigned time-sensitive tasks and are allowed breaks or temporary pauses without losing their spot in our task panel.

We support equal parenting. Male members who are expecting fathers or have newborns can take short-term breaks from tasks or work responsibilities without penalty. This flexibility is built into our task-based model to respect family priorities.

Our company culture promotes family-first thinking. While we don’t offer physical child-care facilities (being a virtual company), we design task schedules that allow mothers to manage household and childcare responsibilities comfortably alongside their work.
