Motherhood is one of the most demanding aspects of a woman's life. Our female employees are entitled to 26 weeks of maternity leave and an additional month if complications arise during pregnancy/delivery. Once a woman enters the maternity stage, gives birth to a child or adopts one, she can use the daycare services (while working from office premises) until the child is 18 months old.
