Maternity Leave Policy
This policy is applicable to all Full Time, Part Time, and Limited Term women employees of Thomson Reuters India. Child-Care Facility
The Company will provide crèche facilities to children of Thomson Reuters full-time employees (Men and Women) up to the age of 6 years and the crèche will be located within a prescribed distance. Nursing breaks will be extended as specified in the Maternity Benefit Act.
Anti-Discrimination and Prevention of Harassment Policy
Thomson Reuters Code of Business Conduct and Ethics focusses on Discrimination and Harassment as per which all staff are expected to create a work environment that is free of discrimination, harassment and inappropriate conduct. Thomson Reuters has Zero tolerance policy for unlawful discrimination or harassment, whether committed by a staff, supervisor, customer, vendor, supplier, consultant, visitor, or any other person on Thomson Reuters premises or conducting Thomson Reuters business, regardless of location.
