We help applicants in developing an admissions strategy, preparing application components and navigating the complex admissions process to institutions worldwide. Maternity Leave Policy
Our Company offers six months of paid maternity leave following delivery. We also accomodate flexible working conditions for new mothers - subject to The Red Pen Employee Handbook.

We allow upto4 weeks of paternity leave. Also, we accommodateflexibleworking conditions for new fathers.

The Red Pen recognizes that sexual harassment violates fundamental rights of gender equality,
right to life and liberty and right to work with human dignity as guaranteed by the Constitution of
India. Sexual Harassment is a criminal offence and punishable under Indian laws.
The Policy on Sexual Harassment applies to men and women. The Red Pen has constituted a
Committee against sexual harassment, which is represented by minimum 50% of members being
women and the Committee Head is also a woman.
