The Quad is a new-age fitness company based out of the city of Chennai, and pioneered strength training, outdoor fitness and bootcamp-style training in India. Established in 2011, The Quad has grown from a 2-person team training ~100 clients to a 34 member superstar team who've helped a community of over 7000 people transform the way they look, feel and function in their daily lives.

While The Quad's Program is the most sought-after fitness experience in the city, we have expanded our services to offer a more holistic range of experiences for you and your family, near and far. Whether you are a newbie to exercise and fitness, or someone who has already been training for a while, or a pro athlete, or someone who wants to fix your relationship with food, or you want to gift the joy of movement to your children, we got you covered.
