Crèche facilities have been made available to those who would like to avail the same so that children have their mothers close to them even at work. Anti-Discrimination and Prevention of Harassment Policy

 

TML ensures that each and every lady employee in the Organisation, in  all categories and levels i.e. officers, supervisors, workers, on role, contract, temporary staff are aware of the channels available to them for any untoward incident or unwelcome behaviour to which they may be subjected to from anyone within the Organisation thereby making them feel safe and protected. There are regular awareness/training sessions which are organised by the ICC  for creating awareness among all ladies on the avenues open for redressal of POSH related issues.

Positive discrimination

 

In order to empower the women from surrounding communities the Organisation aims to foster the inclusion of women from all sections of society with focus on D&T community. The practice of positive discrimination by way of relaxation in age, marks, eligibility criteria , are made in order to allow more scope for inclusion of women workforce in technical & non-technical roles thereby giving them an equal opportunity in almost every function, without compromising on merit. Focussed Group Discussions and counselling sessions are conducted to address various issues and look into the mental health and well-being of  women.
 

Diversity officer

 

The Company has a special focus on diversity and inclusion with an emphasis on gender. Therefore a diversity officer has been appointed with a vision to drive it in a structured way and include more women in the workforce. The DO focuses on sensitization campaigns, creating roles for women in core areas, improving intake from campus, incentivising recruitment vendors for referring and finally hiring women etc in order to achieve our objective of  fostering  greater diversity and equality.

 

Communication

 

The Management has always been keen and proactive in keeping their women workforce happy and engaged. The Senior Leadership communicates and connects regularly with lady employees to understand needs, challenges and designs ways to effectively address concerns, if any. The ladies are given ample scope to express their view, share ideas and suggestions.
 

Leave benefit

 

Additional 15 days privilege leave is being given to female employees to take care of their small children and for their person requirements.

Celebrations

 

Women’s Day is in important day which is celebrated in a special way for our ladies with customized gifts, flowers, cards, and a get-together, on the occasion, across all levels. It is a day to appreciate their valued presence and therefore the company shows its gratitude to all women employees by making the day extra special for them.
 

Transport

 

Transportation is always made available to women in the organisation in case of work beyond office hours or in emergency situations. This is very essential especially for their safety and security in the present times, which is first priority.

 

Ladies Club

 

For recreation of the ladies, a Ladies Club has been formed for the ladies where our ladies they can come together, meet  relax and get some time to socialize and rejuvenate.
 

Welfare

 

All essential basic amenities and well-equipped medical facilities are  provided at all locations. A special initiative was taken by the Management by way of appointing a task force to look into the welfare gaps among women where the need for more restrooms were identified and new restrooms installed proactively. Additional leave facility is provided to take care of special needs of the lady employees.
