<p><strong>Swadhaar</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>FinAccess (SFA)</strong>&nbsp;is not for profit organization (Est. 2005) based in Mumbai, India aiming for financial inclusion through the imparting of financial education and the facilitation of access to financial services to the urban low-income communities. SwadhaarFinAccess (SFA) has initiated Financial Inclusion and Literacy Centres (FILCs), this is an innovative concept aimed at financial inclusion and financial literacy of low income communities. &nbsp;As steps towards digitization we have developed award winning apps Swadhaar Saathi (Money &nbsp;management app for low income communities) and Swadhaar Dost (for field workers). We aim to scale up penetration of these apps. &nbsp;We have different financial literacy initiatives in in Mumbai, Gujarat, Rajsathan and Bihar. We are also in the process of taking up some more large projects in different states.&nbsp;Along with the social mission, the organization also believes in sustainability and scalability of the programmes. You will be part of the innovative and dynamic team and have the advantage of leading and scaling up the programme.</p>
