Springboard offers its female employees in India paid maternity leave in compliance with the Maternity Benefit Act of 1961. Male employees are not covered by the Act, but in order to support all Springboarders’ work-life integration and maintain equality, we offer paid paternity leave too. Our policy also includes provision relating to “work from home” for women, which may be exercised after the expiry of weeks’ paid leave.

The Act allows for a woman employee who returns to work after maternity leave to be allowed two paid breaks daily, for nursing her child, until the child attains the age of fifteen months.

Springboard will be happy to support, in any way, possible. Can be discussed with management and align mutually on the support needed.

This policy applies to absolutely everyone involved in our operations: teammates, students, mentors, partners, etc. Applicable federal and state law defines harassment as unwelcome behavior based on someone's inclusion in a protected class.

We have absolutely zero tolerance for acts or threats of violence, intimidation, and harassment, and in particular for any harassment based on someone’s protected class.

POSH policy along with the reporting process is in place. We also have an Internal Complaint Committee who can be reached anytime in case of any harassment.
