We also provide reimbursement for crèche/ day care facility to empower female staff to focus on work without being worried about their toddlers to ensure that children have the best of care while their parents are at work.

Female grievances are handled by female officials from HR for comfortable discussion & bias free investigations. Special awareness session for women employees on prevention of sexual harassment and how to approach such issues are imparted along with POSH training. Due to our consistent effort, we have yet not received any POSH complaint.
