OCL and DCEL grew 2.5X in volume and 3X in net profits and was awarded fastest growing mid size cement company for 3 years in a row during my leadership.

As Group Head of HR , He has  set up HR vertical from scratch at Dalmia Bharat group and within 2 years the company featured in the list of Employer of Choice survey of Hewitt. He has partnered with a 3rd generation entrepreneur to grow business 20X in 11 years.
