Waste is converted to resources. Registered in 2013, SZW is recognized as a Startup by the
Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Government of India.
At Saahas Zero Waste, we work with Nature, People and Technology to holistically manage all
categories of waste.
With over 15 years of domain expertise, our team comprises a good mix of senior experienced
members and excited young professionals.
SZW currently manages over 40 Tons of waste per day across Bangalore, Chennai and Goa. SZW
also supports livelihood at the base of the pyramid for our 200+ field staff with emphasis on
health and safety.
SZW was one of the first organizations in the country to introduce an on-site zero waste
systems for large corporate campuses and other bulk generators.
India now has comprehensive regulations under the Solid Waste Management and Handling
Rules. Saahas Zero Waste works closely with waste generators to support their complete
compliance to the regulations.
