Quintessence Consulting started in 2001 as a recruitment service organization with its main focus on recruitment for InfoTech companies. Within a couple of years of its success in domestic recruitment, Quintessence soon diversified into offering extensive content writing services to a number of its clients while continuing its recruitment services. Since 2009, Quintessence Consulting has been working on a "work from home" model and successfully hiring, training, and managing resources for an exclusive US IT staffing company.
