Medical Insurance:
The Group Health Insurance Programme provides predefined insurance coverage to all employees and their family members for expenses related to hospitalisation due to illness, disease or injury. The Group Medical Coverage also includes medical coverage for same sex/domestic partners.

Creche Policy:
This policy provides childcare for our people with children (between six months and six years of age) who need cr&egrave;che services while they are at work. This policy is applicable to both male and female staff members.

This policy has been put in place to prohibit, prevent and deter any acts of sexual harassment, and to provide a procedure for dealing with cases of sexual harassment. This policy has been published under the overall ambit of the PwC Code of Conduct and in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
