Maternity Leave Policy
Maternity Leave Policy - All married female employees, who have worked with the organization for not less than 80 days are entitled to Maternity Leave. The Maternity entitlements are as per The Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Bill, 2016 which is set at twenty-six weeks, in case of women who have less than two surviving children and in other cases, twelve weeks, maternity benefit shall be provided. The maternity benefits is extended to a "commissioning mother" and "adopting mother" and they shall be entitled to twelve weeks maternity benefit from the date the child is handed over.
Anti-Discrimination and Prevention of Harassment Policy
We have a formal mechanism for redressal in place to address complaints against sexual harassment. This in accordance with the India POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Act, 2013. While the Act covers only women at the workplace, our policy includes all genders.
