Maternity Leave Policy
Project Potential recognizes the need of maternity and paternity leave. Maternity Leave is allowed for twelve (16) weeks and Paternity Leave is allowed fifteen (15) days. Both can resume work upon their return. These leaves are without pay, benefits, or benefits accruals but with full assurance of a position upon their return.

You are allowed to confront constructively the person(s) and state what behavior bothers you and your expectations moving forward. You can report to HR or the PP Cell team that will investigate the matter further ensuring confidentiality to the extent possible to all parties and providing protection against retaliation. Investigations will be conducted by a committee with adequate gender and 3rd party representation to ensure an unbiased, fair outcome.
