Our portfolio includes retail housing and non-housing loans for prime customers, emerging market loans and affordable housing loans.

We are registered with the National Housing Bank and promoted by Punjab National Bank. Our wholly owned subsidiary, PHFL Home Loans and Services Limited, acts as our in-house sales and distribution channel.

Maternity Leave Policy

We are committed supporting our employees during life’s most significant milestones, including the journey into parenthood. Our Maternity Benefit policy is designed to provide our female employees with comprehensive support and allowing them to take care for their newborn and themselves. All our permanent female employees are eligible for the maternity leave as per the Maternity Benefits Act 1961 i.e. 26 weeks of paid leave for upto 2 children, support and flexibility to balance work and family responsibilities during this special phase.
