Women@PS, one of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), empowers communities of women and allies to confidently conquer whatever lies ahead. The ERG offers a mentorship program twice per year for women and allies, along with year-round coffee-chats, a dedicated group on Slack, and a Women who Code subgroup dedicated to creating a place of psychological safety and conversation for technologists. Women@PS has regional groups in the U.S., APAC, and EMEA, so they can prioritize community events and volunteer opportunities in each area. ERG leaders also work closely with an executive sponsor and the DEIB team to ensure that our community is adequately supported and advocated for at the highest levels.

Pluralsight offers a Software Engineering Returnship for women in India. This program is designed for women in India who have taken a career break for at least two years, have an engineering background, and are eager to re-enter the dynamic world of technology. We’re on a mission to advance the world’s tech workforce and this program is an additional way for us to deliver on that mission and give back to the Indian community.
