Some communications, marketing work can be accomplished as work from home. Can be discussed.

We are a young company with a huge emphasis on culture, and mutual respect for each of our members, whether they are interns, consultants, employees or the founding team. Our founder is a woman, and the first employee is also a woman. We support women's empowerment, leadership and encourage our team to stand strong, male or female in shaping our company's future. We care for each other. As a young company, we don't have many formal policies in place -- this is the time when early employees help add shape to the founding culture that is of: openness, mutual respect, play, integrity and great deal of flexibility, freedom to strike a balance between chasing professional dreams and that of a good work-life balance.
