Day Care Support
PhonePe has tied-up with 4 Day Care Centers and the facility is available for kids up to 4 years of age. Employees can avail 50% subsidy on tuition fees of the Day Care&nbsp;

PhonePe has a zero-tolerance Policy for Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH). All new PhonePe-rs are sensitized on POSH during the mandatory New Hire Orientation and all employees are expected to mandatorily complete online training and certification, annually. The Internal Committee (IC) members also undergo training through an annual IC Capacity Building session, apart from several Instructor-led trainings conducted to sensitize employees on POSH throughout the year.

The Maternity Policy ensures that our women employees receive 6 months of paid Maternity leave and flexible working hours with full pay along with continuity on the same job, post the leave period. They can also avail a dedicated parking spot for 2 months and up to Rs.600/- per day transport reimbursement. Expectant mothers are also encouraged to avail Maternity claim benefits of Rs 65,000 for normal delivery and Rs 80,000 for C-Section.&nbsp;
 Adoption Assistance
Women employees at PhonePe who are adopting a child under 12 months of age can avail the same leave benefits as under the maternity leave policy.
Male employees who are adopting a child can avail upto 6 weeks of paid adoption leave.

Time Away from Work Benefits
PhonePe offers every employee ample time away from work in the form of leaves. In addition to declared holidays, employees are encouraged to avail annual leaves, casual leaves, optional leaves and to ensure that their special occasions are celebrated, special leaves as well.&nbsp;

PhonePe offers an Employee Insurance Benefits program that offers employees flexibility and choice to customize their benefits package based on their unique needs. They can choose from a combination of Group Medical Insurance Cover for their family members, a range of Non-Insurance Benefits (Gym/Fitness subscriptions) and Flex Plus Plans.&nbsp;
 Expectant mothers also have the option to increase maternity cover, apart from the option to choose from flex plans that help them with support during the entire term of pregnancy, dietitian support, counselling support etc.&nbsp;
 Higher Education Assistance&nbsp;
Employees at PhonePe have the benefit of availing Higher Education Assistance of upto Rs. 5,00,000/- to ensure that they continue to grow their learning curve, while still being employed with the organization.&nbsp;
 Salary Advance Policy
PhonePe-rs can avail salary advance as a financial assistance to meet certain defined personal emergencies, of up to 2-months basic salary. The amount will be recovered through 12 equal instalments from their pay.&nbsp;

Mobility Benefits
PhonePe offers employees Transfer Support and a comprehensive Relocation Assistance Program when required. A Travel Policy is also present to ensure that all business travel expenses are borne by the company. In the event of a relocation, employees can also avail local accommodation for 15 days.
