Maternity Leave Policy

All the policies listed in this section apply to Hyderabad office only.

Taking a Break: In case of maternity, adoption of a child less than 3 years in age, and commissioning motherhood in case of surrogacy, 26 weeks of paid maternity leave is provided to women employees. 

 

Medical Coverage: Our medical insurance program has a competitive coverage for maternity and any complications arising out of maternity.
