We set out on this journey a few years ago with a non-trivial mission - "Changing the way India learns". We are doing it by disrupting the largest non-regulated education market in the world - the 50m K-12 students who go for after-school tuition in India. With characteristics very similar to those of another consumer service industry which is being disrupted by Uber - the global taxi industry. We've learnt a number of lessons on the way, and built out a revolutionary 'tech + teach' model that engages parents, students, and tutors through technology, the highest quality teaching content, practice and tests with the goal of creating confident, engaged, disciplined learners. We've built this over the past three years in our 35+ centres and across over a thousand students Our founders are ex-microsoft executives (Will Poole, now managing partner, Unitus Seed Fund, and Pradeep Singh, Chairman, Aditi), and are driven by their belief in the potential for mobile learning. We are aggressively increasing our presence on digital platforms to increase adoption of the Vidyanext Learning System by students and tutors.
