Maternity Leave Policy
Maternity Leave (ML): Maternity leave is granted as per the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961. Eligible female associates can avail up to 26 weeks of maternity leave, on a maximum of two occasions.
Child Adoption Leave (CAL): In cases of legal adoption, female associates including commissioning mothers can avail up to 26 weeks (182 calendar days) of leave from the date the child is handed over.
Paternity Leave Policy
Eligible male associates can avail paternity leave as per the company’s policy to support and care for their family during this special time.
