We continued our efforts towards growth and development interventions for women and de-stigmatize career breaks- We launched Phoenix- Career Returnship program for women to re-launch their career. We introduced Women Leadership Development program "Flying Lessons", Speed Mentoring sessions for women employees across levels to enable connect with senior leaders, customized L&D as well as wellness related interventions for women to help them cope with some of the unique challenges the COVID situation brought in, 1x1 mentoring and Sponsorship Programs to prepare women for leadership roles.

Our #BeYourself program created a dedicated channel for women employees to raise their concerns/ feedback / queries anonymously to the D&I team. We are constantly taking multiple steps towards hiring more women in the organization, including gender neutral JDs, mandatory woman panelists for every woman candidate going through the interview process, sensitization of our interviewers towards unconscious biases they may have and helping them side-step them.

Myntra’s greatest impact is in making India more fashionable. The 3000+ strong brand within Myntra broadens the representation, empathy and understanding. About Phoenix Returnee Program
 
Coming back to work after a break is both exciting as well as challenging. Phoenix is Myntra’s initiative specifically designed to offer a launchpad to women on career break. It is a six month internship that ensures a conducive environment facilitating a smooth transition back to work. With structured on-boarding, customized learning and development programs, mentorship opportunities, on the job learning and best in class benefits, we aim to provide an environment that is supportive, so that you can re-discover your career with us.
