Maternity Leave Policy
All Female Mozilor Employees (FTE) are entitled to maternity benefit
Mozilor Employees proceeding on maternity leave will be granted 26 weeks leave with full pay per childbirth, in accordance with the provisions of applicable Indian laws.
Mozilor Employees cannot avail more than six weeks of leave before her expected delivery.
In case of miscarriage Mozilor Employees shall be entitled to the paid leave for a period of 15 days immediately following the day of miscarriage.
In case of extension, Sick Leave or Earned Leave can be combined with maternity leave, subject to the approval of the reporting manager & HR Manager.
Medical certificate and reporting Manager’s approval shall be submitted along with application for maternity leave to the HR.
Mozilor Employees proceeding on maternity leave must return all company property held by them. This includes access cards, mobile phones, laptop or any equipment issued to them in connection with the performance of their duty. It is necessary to obtain a receipt or a “no due” certificate in this respect.
On rejoining, a joining report needs to be submitted to the HR, following which all surrendered property will be re-issued.
Maternity Leave is inclusive of intervening Saturdays, Sundays, and other holidays.
Unavailed maternity leave cannot be adjusted against the vacation leave the balance of the Mozilor Employees or any other leave.
Maternity leave is not encashable in any manner.
The Employee will receive the full amount of salary during the period of maternity leave, this will be based on the salary last drawn by the Employee before going on Maternity Leave.
Paternity Leave Policy
All Male Mozilor Employee (FTE) are entitled to paternity benefit only if they actually worked in the organization for a period of not less than 180 days.
Mozilor Employee proceeding on paternity leave will be granted 2 days leave with full pay per childbirth.
In case of extension, Sick Leave or Earned Leave can be combined with paternity leave, subject to the approval of the reporting manager & HR Manager.
