Our team has more than 25 years in the IT industry, which means we have been through all the changes from 1.0 to 4.0 in documentation and allied domains. We learnt HTML alongwith the rest of the world, learnt and burnt a few fingers in migrating our content from traditional Word and FrameMaker formats onto the web. Then, we learnt XML, DITA and surpassed ourselves in mastering the multiple facets of structured authoring and the tools available. Along the way, we have done lots of content for the web, social media and for digital marketing deliverables.
