Jitendra Lakhwani & Swati Panjwani Lakhwani are the co-founders of Mantras2Success Consultants.

We both come from Technology + Business Education backgrounds and are alumnus of prestigious Nirma University & BITS Pilani respectively. This gives us the advantage of understanding technology as well as the management aspect of any business. We have a collective professional experience of 15+ years in companies like IBM, Winjit Technologies, HCL, Kotak Mahindra, Oyo Rooms & Lendingkart.
Mantras2Success Consultants started as a side project in 2013 and we decided to give it a formal structure and launched our start-up in March 2018. We have had phenomenal success with our startup. In a short span of 40 months, we have made 100+ clients and successfully over 400+ candidates. Our USP is that we don't send you spam candidates. We filter candidates at two levels at our end. First, our team takes the interview then either I or Swati take an interview, and only then the candidate is sent to the client if he/she fits the criteria. For areas where we do not have the expertise, we tie up with consultants to help us take the interview before sending it to the client. Quality rather than quantity is our focus. We are also in the area of training for corporates & educational institutions. Apart from Recruitment solutions, we are also in International Hiring, PayRoll Management, Training, Strategic HR Management & Recruitment Process Outsourcing. We are currently operating in India & North America Markets
