Mammoth provides a 6 month maternity leave with full salary. Pre and Post this period, Mammoth is quite flexible with remote work.

We have a 15-day paternity leave with the option of flexibly continuing work from home.

Mammoth does not have any in-house childcare facility. In past, though our employees have brought their children to the office during work hours and the environment has been quite accepting of this.
