Lapdiary Foundation is a women led, not-for-profit organisation set up with the mission of skilling youth in conflict zones to become world-class lawyers. Currently, it is active in Kashmir and runs a fellowship, which provides the young students of law with all round development through technical training, mentorship support, instruction on life and soft skills, mental health support and customised career guidance. We enable internships for students which increase their chances of getting jobs, assimilating into the mainstream and increase prospects for them and indirectly, their families.
