Kranium came into existence in 2005 as a pure play recruitment firm to source profiles in the Middle and Senior Management levels. As interactions with different types of clients increased , the need for managing the HR and ,more importantly, the acute need for a quality Performance Management System became evident. After identifying this need, Kranium devoted a lot of time researching and developing a ManagedHR model along with the clients it had and has since been successfully employing the model to newer clients.
