Ambitious Hiring Goals
Keysight set and exceeded aggressive new hire diversity goals, with 33.9% of global new hires identifying as women in fiscal year 2023.

Expanded Employee Network Groups
Keysight grew its employee network groups to 18 groups across 6 countries, with participation reaching one-third of the company. These groups host activities to foster development and networking within Keysight's diverse global workforce.

Training on Inclusion
Keysight launched mandatory training for managers called "Hiring with DEI in Mind" covering best practices for recruiting and hiring inclusively. The entire workforce also completed training on DEI fundamentals and preventing unconscious bias.

Comprehensive Benefits
Keysight enhanced its benefits to meet the needs of a diverse workforce, including mental health support services for all employees.

Supplier Diversity Program
Keysight maintains a supplier diversity program, actively sourcing from and expanding partnerships with small, veteran-owned, minority-owned, women-owned, and LGBTQ-owned businesses to diversify its supply chain.
