Maternity Leave Policy

At JFL, we believe in providing the best to our employees during the most demanding stages of their life. We understand that parenting is one of the most precious and energy-intensive phases of anyone's life, and our employees need our full support during this period. To enable employees to integrate their personal and professional commitment seamlessly during this phase, we provide:

  •  All expecting women employees of JFL can avail 26 weeks of paid maternity leave. Maternity leave can be extended upto 4 weeks*
  • In case of miscarriage, the woman shall be entitled to leave for a period of six weeks immediately following the day of her miscarriage
