Attract: 1.Ensure a diverse mix of candidates are reviewed for roles with a diverse interview panel
2. Striving to ensure that we attract talent from a broad range of sources and backgrounds
3.Partnering with “the Return Hub” and other firms to help us connect with professional who have taken a career break
4.Committing to encourage more women in roles into investment management teams and other functions that are predominantly male via events and sponsorships
5.Enhancing our presence on social media with testimonials on why Invesco is a great place to work
