We endeavor to provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment, including for our team members&rsquo; children.A creche facility is available for team members with young children.
Scholarships are provided for faculty children based on the availability of seats in a grade and on completion of one year of service.

Inventure provides Maternity Leave as per law, including amendments notified from time to time. All&nbsp;female team members who have worked at Inventure for a minimum period of 80 days in the 12 months&nbsp;immediately before the expected delivery date are entitled to 26 weeks of paid leave.
Inventure recognizes all forms of families and supports every individual's right to create a family biologically and through adoption and surrogacy. All maternity benefits are therefore equally applicable to staff members opting for adoption or surrogacy.

With a team that is 90% female, we have in place policies that enable us to thrive and successfully integrate work &amp; life. We ensure a safe campus for all Team Inventure members, including physical, emotional and mental wellness.
Inventure team members have access to an external wellbeing counselor for emotional and mental wellness.We also provide access to our physical fitness resources on campus.
Staff rooms are organized department/subject-wise to make it conducive for individual and team productivity.These are equipped with all resources required for team members to work effectively.
Nutritious and balanced breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided on all working days for team members at a highly subsidized nominal fee.
We follow strict safety and hygiene practices. All restrooms are equipped with sensor taps and dedicated staff to maintain the hygiene of the space.
We also have CCTV cameras installed across our campus.
Team members have the option of availing free bus transport to and from the closest pick-up point. These pick up points are decided by Inventure Academy based on feasibility and the school&rsquo;s requirements, and may be amended from time to time.

Physical, emotional & mental wellbeing

Teaching faculty can avail of 30 days when school is on vacation while non-teaching team members get 22 working days of Annual Leave. All team members can avail 10 days of Casual Leave, and any team member pursuing further studies, training, courses, etc. can avail a further 10 days of Study Leave.

Inventure provides group medical insurance carrying a cover of INR 4 lakhs. This is available for team members and their immediate families,subject to the insurance terms and conditions.&nbsp;
We have an infirmary on campus, managed by a qualified nurse.

Sexual Harassment Policy & Guidelines

Male team members are entitled to 15 days of Paternity Leave with pay before or up to six months from the date of delivery of the child.
