Intram Gazebo Dot Com is a travel technology company . Not exactly a start up since we have already graduated beyond the ideation stage and have moved into commercial production . We describe ourselves as a nascent entity  with a great upside potential . We have created the India's first accounting and analytical ERP for the Travel vertical which is on the Cloud. We are already over two years into commercial production with over three dozen customers including four very large industry players . Although we are a small organization , we have drawn up plans for rapid expansion .  We are presently based out of Delhi East and we shall be moving to Noida shortly. We practice 45 hours working week – working five days a week . As an organization we are very focussed on performance based delivery of work . We are open to flexible working or remote working subject to stipulations . The adherence to time lines for work delivery and quality of work delivery are two critical criterion for performance evaluation amongst others which include initiative , discipline , team working and behavior. We are a flat organization with hierarchies existing only for administrative purposes .
