Diversity Code-a-thon - We encourage young talent and their coding skills. We have been organizing Diversity Code-a-thon at campus and online for college students and experienced women techies for the past several years. To date, we have hired 100+ exceptional women techies at INFA placed as FTEs and interns across our global business verticals.

Inclusive Interview Panel - We curated a pathway program for our women managers to get certification to become an Inclusive Interview Panel member to represent diversity & inclusion at the interview panels. This program has a customized learning path of 10+ hours for all women managers to be accredited with a badge that certifies "Qualified Interviewer" to represent the "Inclusive Interview Panel." In the 2022 Phase 1 Program, we covered 29 Women managers and certified them already.

WINFA Expert Talks - A series of virtual and on-premises webinars by Women Techies In INFA where they speak at various forums as keynote and guest speakers across India in collaboration with universities and colleges. We had 20+ women colleagues spoke at various forums during IWD 2022 month from INFA across 40+ pan India universities.
