We run graduate programmes in each of our three divisions. Precision Engineering focuses on producing flow control technologies for applications where precision, speed and reliability are essential. Critical Engineering produces large-scale flow control solutions and is a major provider to the global energy industry. Hydronic Engineering specialises in providing high-performing, quality products that optimise the efficiency of heating and cooling systems. We also offer a number of non-engineering corporate roles.

 

All programmes last two years and involve doing rotational placements, at least one of which is based abroad. Mentors, placement managers and graduate development team members are on hand to provide expert coaching and support throughout. The aim is for graduates to gain the exposure and experience they need to build an international engineering career.
