Women employees who have served HC for at least 90 days (inclusive of weekends &
holidays) are entitled for 26 weeks of maternity leave with full pay.Leave needs to be taken in continuation without any breaks in between and is
applicable for the first two children only. Employees proposing to proceed on ML are
requested to give 30 days prior notice to their supervisors, of their proposed leave, so
that alternate arrangements can be planned to ensure minimal disruption of work.
Leave can be availed up to 6 weeks before date of delivery (can be supported by a
proof from certified medical practitioner).

Male employees receive fifteen (15) days paternity leave upon the birth of a child.
