We are a health analytics startup in the preventive health space with the vision of enabling the world to live healthy with certainty. We assess the past, current and future health of an individual and enable all stake holders take more informed health as well as business decisions through data driven insights. To touch the end user, we work with hospitals, insurance companies and diagnostic labs and help them provide better insights into the end users health.

If hired, what would you do at Health Vectors?

Depending upon your choice and experience, you could be working on any of the following areas

· Data processing – We extensively use nodejs for extraction, transformation and load into mongodb. RESTfull API’s are built on express and we need people who can work on scalability, load balancing, throttling, caching, pagination etc.

· Data Insights – We use R as part of our analytics engine and we are planning a move into Python. We are extensively into Missing number imputation, Monte carlo simulations, Outlier analysis currently and have started our foray on NLP. We want to move from an expert driven AI model to ML based models. We are looking at enthusiastic folks who can help us grow in our journey

· Front end representations – We use MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express, Angularjs and Node) with bootstrap for UX components. We want to make usable products. Products end user love to use. We have plans of rewriting our application and make it a PWA with latest Angular (angular 6 as of now) and use Angular material. We want folks who can spearhead this for us.

· We want cloud experts (preferably someone who has experience in Azure) who can help us optimize our usage and someone who can play around with dockers and kubernetes as part of dev ops for seamless deployment and development

· And last but not the least, IN FACT THE MOST IMPORTANT and overarching requirement - Technology is a means of rolling out good usable products and not the other way around. Flexibility to use any suitable technology to solve a problem is the key ask. Candidate needs to imbibe the product and adopt it fully and think from a product development angle with maintainability and reuse as the highest priority.
