Quinoa is a Seed of a PlantChenopodium Quinoa. It is Cultivated in the Andean Mountain Regions of South America for more than 7,000 years.

In 1993 NASA, USA Scientists Dr. Greg Schlick and Dr. David L. Bubenheim Concluded in their Research that “Quinoa has Desirable Food Qualities for long term space missions – High Fiber, High Protein and a Desirable Amino Acid Composition.” Quinoa is the Grain Closest to meeting the standards for a Healthy Human Body’ said the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations.
