Partnership with SWE

GF India women leaders have participated in WE Local Bengaluru conference as speakers and won best breakout session awards.

The Society of Women Engineers (SWE'24) National conference which is world’s largest conference for Women in Engineering and Technology to be held in Chicago, USA will be attended by a 35-member team of GF women leaders from across the globe, including three from the GF India site, who will be speaking at the conference.

GLOBALWOMEN India

GLOBALWOMEN ERG, is an alliance of women and allies whose mission is to create a sustainable framework for the professional development of women at GF, and drive initiatives that have a positive impact on our people, culture, and business. GW is GF’s largest ERG globally, established in 2013 and with more than 1,800 members and 9 chapters across the globe. The GW India chapter was established in 2017, and its programming extends across multiple areas: senior leadership connects, internal conferences, networking events, professional development webinars, wellness sessions, mentoring and an annual event on International Women's Day celebrating our women achievers.
