Global Action on Poverty (GAP) aims to democratize the process of poverty alleviation and create an enabling ecosystem for individuals to act on poverty. Our dream is to enable 100,000 “Changemakers” to make a difference to at least 100 lives in their lifetime – in certain defined thematic areas & geographies, thereby impacting 10 million to get out of poverty. We also aim to transform the Changemakers into Changeleaders who are at the forefront of change-making locally. GAP is an initiative of the Head Held High Foundation.
