Our vibrant new site in Bengaluru, the Global Capability Center, is now open. Here, it's all about collaboration. Fewer desks, more breakout and brainstorm spaces instead. We've incorporated plants, sound scaping, a wellness center, air quality displays, and even ambient scents to maximize productivity and well-being.

We know the future of work will look very different than what it was before COVID-19 hit us, so our new office is designed with a flexible working mindset. We want our people to continue to work remotely, but we are also giving them options to work safely from our modern workspaces should they want to.

 

 

Pharma: Our Pharmaceuticals business has a broad portfolio of innovative and established medicines with commercial leadership in respiratory and HIV. Our R&D approach focuses on science related to the immune system, use of genetics and advanced technologies.

 

Consumer: Our Consumer Healthcare business develops and markets an innovative portfolio of consumer preferred and expert recommended brands in the Pain relief, Respiratory, Digestive health, Oral health and Skin health categories.
