Genpact (NYSE: G) stands for “generating business impact.” We are a global leader in digitally-powered business process management and services. We architect the Lean DigitalSM enterprise through our patented Smart Enterprise Processes (SEPSM) framework that reimagines our clients’ operating models end-to-end, including the middle and back offices. This creates Intelligent OperationsSM that we help design, transform, and run. The impact on our clients is a high return on transformation investments through growth, efficiency, and business agility. For two decades, first as a General Electric division and later as an independent company, we have been passionately serving a few hundred strategic clients including approximately one-fifth of the Fortune Global 500, and have grown to over 70,000 people in 25 countries, with key offices in New York City. The resulting business process and industry domain expertise, and experience running complex operations, are a unique heritage and focus that help us drive the best choices across technology, analytics, and organizational design. Genpact began in 1997 as a business unit within General Electric. In January 2005, Genpact became an independent company to bring our process expertise and unique DNA in Lean management to clients beyond GE, and then in August 2007, we became a publicly-traded company (NYSE: G). Since December 31, 2005, we have expanded from 19,000+ employees and annual revenues of US $491.90 million to 70,000+ employees and annual revenues of US $2.46 billion as of December 31, 2015. Bain Capital became Genpact’s largest shareholder in November 2012, with the strategic objective to grow the company further.

Anti-Discrimination and Prevention of Harassment Policy

Genpact takes all complaints on sexual harassment seriously and in addition to our robust Ombudsperson network across all sites in India, we also have an Internal Complaints Committee for addressing concerns that arise for women employees at the workplace. It is our endeavor to provide a harassment-free workplace and protect women from sexual harassment. The policy on Sexual Harassment at the Workplace is readily available through major communication channels. The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is set up at each of our offices to assist any woman at the workplace who may be a victim of sexual harassment. The purpose of the ICC is to thoroughly investigate complaints raised by women employees and take steps that are reasonably calculated to stop the harassing behavior, if a violation is found to have occurred.
