GEMS Genesis International School (GGIS) founded in 2013 has been initiated by GEMS Education- an international education organization that develops and delivers high-quality education to children across the world from pre-school to pre-University years. It was set up with a clear vision to be a leading provider of quality education, enriching the lives of children and the communities in which they live.
Our strongest pillar is our promoter Shubhashish Foundation Trust, whose core interest is bettermentof education. For21 years the trust, and its associates, believe in making world class education available to India and is a strong proponent of the use of digital means to enhance learning.
Keeping our beliefs strong, GGIS has evolved as a new age, digitally advanced school offering CIE and CBSE as education boards. With a huge green campus of 8 acres and a state-of-the-art building, we offer ample open space for students to experience childhood.

Women friendly policies
Maternity Leave Policy
It is applicable only for female.
Maternity leave will be given to a permanent employee on half-pay who has put in more than 1 year of service before the date of commencement of such leave.
Maternity leave shall not be given to an employee for more than 2 children.
Maternity leave will be granted for up to 90 days.
Note: Employee can avail another 90 days non-paid maternity leave or part-time work after the period of paid leaves if need be.
In this case, the employee has to confirm a date of her rejoining in writing and in case of failure to join, the Management can decide upon continuation or termination of the contract with the employee.
Child-Care Facility
Chreche and daycare facility for the staff kids.
Transportation Facility
GGIS teachers are provided with subsidized transport as per the teacher’s route. They are to manage their further commute on their own. Also, transport is available only on days when students are on campus. For other days teachers are encouraged to carpool.
