Even Cargo is a social enterprise, established in 2016 with a vision to create an ecosystem with equal livelihood opportunities for women. We are on a mission to increase women workforce participation rate in India, by challenging the gender norms while enabling women to reclaim their share of public places. We are India’s first, only women e-commerce logistics delivery company. Even Cargo has identified , trained and employed more than 5000 women from resource poor communities from across 7 different locations of India in the past 5 years. We are employing Women Delivery Associates to provide logistics support to major e-commerce companies like Amazon, Flipkart, and others. Even Cargo works to increase social and economic inclusion of women, catalyze logistics sector growth by bridging the supply of untapped but potential women labor, support research, build gender-integrated training modules,, encourage diversity and inclusion programs of corporations.
