Ethics is a group of Companies which was originally established in the year 2009. Yes, we know that’s a very short span and we came a long way! The entire concept was the brainchild of none other than that of our Chairman, Mr. Bipin Kevadiya, who firmly believes in the ethical way of working and hence the name Ethics. His vision was supported and encouraged by the Directorial Board we have at present in this group Company. Together they have put their efforts to make reach the Company its stands past these years.

It all started with Agricultural green houses and then we gradually moved into end-to-end Supply Chain, Information Technology, Cold Chain, Fintech, Venture Capital, Tourism and Pharmaceutical Sectors. Initially it was a partnership firm which later on transformed into a Private Limited Company and now we are on the verge of making it a Public Limited Company. The idea was always to be innovative and to emphasize on the emerging sectors and thereby keeping pace with the fast-moving economy. Like how they say travel ahead of time, because if we don’t, then survival becomes tough and success lies back. Hence developing new solutions & services has been our motto which has helped us gain tremendous popularity in the areas we operate. Your Company also has its presence in Real-estate sector and has its own welfare foundation too.

So, as you can identify, we have many businesses to boast about and a lot more in pipeline. We could manage all this together only with our sheer determination, passion, commitment and pro-activeness. If each of the staff contributes even a bit of these qualities, we together can take this to those heights where others dare to dream!
